If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activities under your account.

4) Products, Personalization, and Order Acceptance

We sell officially licensed and/or authorized products, including home goods and fan merchandise, and some items that may be personalized or customized (for example, adding a name).

• Personalized/Customized Items: You are responsible for confirming spelling, size, color, and all personalization details before submitting your order.

• Colors & Display: Product colors may vary due to screen settings and lighting.

• Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, cancel, or limit quantities at our discretion (including due to stock limits, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or fulfillment constraints). If we cancel after charging you, we will refund you.

5) Pricing, Promotions, Taxes

Prices are shown on the Site and may change without notice.

• Errors: If a price or product description is incorrect, we may cancel the order (even after confirmation).

• Taxes/Duties: Sales tax may apply depending on your location. International orders may be subject to duties/import taxes; these are the customer’s responsibility unless the checkout clearly states otherwise.

• Promotions: Promotions (including BOGO/discounts) are subject to their terms, may be limited-time, and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you represent you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

7) Shipping and Delivery

All our products is "made in USA", Shipping times shown on the Site are estimates and not guarantees.

• Production Time: Some products, especially personalized items, may require additional production time.

• Address Accuracy: You are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

8) Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Please review our Return/Refund Policy posted on the Site. In general:

• Personalized/Customized Items: Because these are made to order, they are final sale and not returnable or exchangeable for reasons such as wrong size chosen, changed mind, or customer-provided personalization errors, unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or we made an error in production/personalization.

• Non-Personalized Items: May be eligible for return/exchange within the timeframe stated in our Return/Refund Policy, if unused and in original condition (subject to policy terms).

• Defects/Damage/Wrong Item: Contact us within 7days of delivery with photos and order number. We will work with you on a replacement or refund as required by policy.

9) Intellectual Property and Licensed Merchandise

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, product photos, and designs—is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Certain products on the Site are sold under official license and/or authorization from their respective rights holders. For personalization fields (such as names), you agree not to submit content that is:

• illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, threatening, or obscene,

• infringing third-party rights,

• promotes violence or discrimination.

We may reject or cancel orders containing prohibited personalization content.

12) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose,

• attempt to interfere with Site security or functionality,

• scrape, crawl, or harvest data without permission,

• introduce viruses or malicious code,

• impersonate others or submit fraudulent information.

13) Disclaimer of Warranties

IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
