3) Processing time (before shipping)
Processing time refers to the time we need to prepare your order for shipment.

5) Carriers we use

6) Tracking your order

7) Address accuracy & changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an address is incomplete/incorrect and the package is returned or undeliverable, you may need to pay a reshipping fee.

If you need to change the address, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order is in production or shipped.
8) Multiple items / split shipments
If you order multiple items, they may ship together or separately depending on product availability and fulfillment locations. If shipped separately, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
9) Taxes, duties & customs (international orders)
For international orders:

Your shipment may be subject to import duties/taxes charged by your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the checkout clearly states otherwise.

10) Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
