1) Where we ship

All our goods was made in USA.

2) Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

• Free Shipping Offer: Free shipping is available on orders over $500 (as displayed on product pages; exclusions may apply for certain destinations or special services). (Pop Collabs)

3) Processing time (before shipping)

Processing time refers to the time we need to prepare your order for shipment.

• Personalized / made-to-order items: Some products (especially personalized items) may require additional production time.

5) Carriers we use

6) Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after label creation. (Pop Collabs)

7) Address accuracy & changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

• If an address is incomplete/incorrect and the package is returned or undeliverable, you may need to pay a reshipping fee.

• If you need to change the address, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order is in production or shipped.

8) Multiple items / split shipments

If you order multiple items, they may ship together or separately depending on product availability and fulfillment locations. If shipped separately, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

9) Taxes, duties & customs (international orders)

For international orders:

• Your shipment may be subject to import duties/taxes charged by your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the checkout clearly states otherwise.

• Customs clearance can cause additional delivery time.

10) Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your package is delayed, please allow a little extra time during holidays and peak periods.

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged:

• Email us with your order number and photos (for damaged items).
